Missed payments may pause or end services.

Payments are generally non-refundable.

Who Owns What

Your logos, brand, and business content are always yours.

The tools, automations, and systems we create stay ours — but you can use them while we work together.

Data & Privacy

We handle your business and customer data responsibly.

We follow our Privacy Policy (posted on our website).

You’re responsible for making sure your business is compliant with any local privacy laws.

Results

We’ll work hard to get you leads and bookings, but we can’t promise exact results (like a set number of jobs or revenue).

Liability

If something goes wrong, our liability is limited to what you’ve paid us in the last 3 months.

Ending the Agreement

You can cancel services without notice.

We can stop services if payments aren’t made or terms are broken.

Updates

We may update these Terms. If we do, we’ll update the “Effective Date.”
